Your first visit is a cruicial step in your journey, and our goal is to make ias comfortable and productive as possible. You'll meet on-on-one with your dedicated clinician who will conduct a throrough evaluation, listent to your goals, and answer all of your questions.

The timeline varies depending on the complexity of the device. Generally, from your initial evaluation and casting to the final fitting, the process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months. Your clinician will provide you with a personalized timeline during your consultation.
Most insurance plans, including Medicare, provide coverage for medically necessary prosthetic and orthotic devices. Yes, a prescription from your physician is required for all custom prosthetic and orthotic devices to ensure it is medically necessary and appropriate for your condition.
Your clinician will provide you with detailed instructions on how to clean and care for your specified device and for maintaining your skin health. We are always here to answer any questions you may have about maintenance.
